The Boys' First Joint Photo Shoot

I took Evan and Dylan to the Target Portrait Studio a couple of weeks ago for their first joint photo session. Dylan, who is usually Mr. Smiley, turned into Mr. Pouty Face. As for Evan, he did not want to sit still and was ALL over the studio, rolling around on the floor, grabbing random props out of the storage bin, and running behind the backdrop where large equipment was being stored. I could tell the photographer was getting antsy but she timidly said "Now honey, you can't be back there. You could get hurt." Whereas I shouted "EVAN, GET OUT OF THERE RIGHT NOW!!" Next thing I knew, he bolted out from behind the backdrop and ran right out of the studio and into the ginormous Super Target. I had no choice but to leave Dylan with the photographer (a total stranger) while I rushed out after him. Boy, can that kid run FAST!! When I finally caught up with him - in my flip flops, naturally - I turned into Momzilla and screeched at him at the top of my lungs. We got lots of attention (and a few dirty looks) from the shoppers. When we got back to the studio, I strapped him back into the double stroller and told him he was on Time Out. Then he started wailing that he wanted his picture taken with "Dill-yon." Phew, what a day. Here are a few results of the ordeal:
